An Estate Plan Reflects Your Life And Those You Love

I Help My Clients Select The Best Strategies To Accomplish Their Objectives

At the Law Office of Barbara J. Dibble, I have more than two decades of experience as a Fullerton trust administration attorney protecting the rights of clients in Southern California. I built my practice on a commitment to really listen to my clients. I take the time to learn about your family situation, so that I can help you achieve the planning goals that are important to you. I strive to build long-term relationships with our clients that are based on trust and communication.

I provide comprehensive counsel to people with legal concerns involving:

  • Estate planning — Estate planning is more than just drafting a will. The Law Office of Barbara J. Dibble creates complete estate plans for clients depending on their specific legal needs. I may create estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills/health care directives.
  • Trusts — I draft and execute most types of trust agreements, including pet trusts. I will also review and update existing trusts.
  • Probate administration — I will help you determine whether probate is necessary, and will handle all matters necessary to help you settle the estate of a loved one, except for probate litigation. I refer all probate litigation to outside counsel. I will always give you honest advice regarding whether you need a probate lawyer. If a probate is needed, I will file the probate for you and will walk you through the process from beginning to end. You will not need to appear in court or deal with difficult beneficiaries, and no payment is required until the probate closes.
  • Trust administration — I advise trustees regarding their duties under the law, and will help you take steps to shield yourself from trustee liability.

I also offer experienced counsel to individuals with estate tax planning needs, and represent beneficiaries in estate matters. I will also help you take necessary steps to protect assets in the event you need long-term care.

If you have questions or concerns about conservatorships or guardianships, I will refer you to competent counsel to address all issues.
